It’s moving week, people!
As you may remember, I mentioned a couple of weeks ago in my June review that I’m going to be removing the “long distance” from my long distance relationship. Well, this week is the week!
Between packing, saying goodbye-for-nows, cleaning and work, I’ve had and am going to have a hectic schedule as I make the move and get settled into this whole cohabitation thing. As I figure all this out, I’m going to be a little M.I.A. as I get things into order and settled in.
Fear not! I will be back with exciting new posts soon.
Oh yeah! To occupy your time while I’m gone, Richard and I were interviewed for an article about long distance relationships! Research came out last week about how communication between long distance couples may be stronger than communication between couples who live in the same town/area. While each couple is different, I am glad that we have had the opportunity to do the long distance thing. I do think that we’ve had more, high-quality conversations and experiences together than we might have had otherwise. And for that, I’m happy that we’ve gone down this crazy, sometimes stressful, but definitely rewarding path.
However, that pales in comparison to my happiness that we will not longer be separated by distance!
